We believe that each individual is an important part of the claims process. We start our vetting process by evaluating an individual’s attitude. Next, we review the experience and capabilities of each individual to ensure they in line with the various needs of our business and clients. Once fully vetted, applicants are then placed in a position in which they can succeed and feel confident. This includes leadership, administrative roles, field assignments and training positions.
